Meet Janis Janis Keyser has more than 30 years of experience helping and teaching parents, facilitating parent groups and teaching teachers. She offers workshops for parents and teachers across the country and is the co-author of the book, Becoming the Parent You Want to Be: A Sourcebook of Strategies for the First Five Years. Janis has a masters degree in Human Development and teaches college classes for parents and teachers on positive discipline and child development in California. She is a certified trainer for WestEd’s Program for Infant Toddler Caregivers. Janis Keyser has experience teaching infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-age children, college students and parents. But most importantly, she is a parent.
